David Lascher

JOSH on Sabrina, the Teenage Witch.

Best known to audiences for his role as Vinnie Bonitardi on Blossom, David Lascher returns to Sabrina, the Teenage Witch this season as Josh, a graduate student who runs a coffeehouse and has become the object of Sabrina's affections.

Lascher's acting career began in junior high when he appeared in commercials and musical theater. It was his performance in a musical revue in his hometown of New York City that caught the eye of an agent and led to his first break: the Nickelodeon series Hey Dude! Next, Lascher landed a role in the television series A Family For Joe, starring Robert Mitchum and Juliette Lewis.

Lascher made his feature film debut in Ridley Scott's White Squall, co-starring with Jeff Bridges, Ryan Phillippe and Scott Wolf. The role he takes the greatest pride in is the movie A Call to Remember, co-starring opposite Joe Montegna and Blythe Danner, in which Lascher played the son of Holocaust survivors.

Lascher starred in the first full season of Clueless and also made recurring appearances in the early years of Beverly Hills, 90210. Other television work includes appearances on Veronica's Closet, and a recurring role as the uncle of Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen on Two of a Kind.

Lascher's dramatic abilities have been showcased in a number of television movies including She Says She's Innocent, The Flood: Who Will Save Our Children?, Cries Unheard: The Donna Yaklick Story and Playing to Win: A Moment of Truth Movie.

Lascher loves basketball and is a confessed Knicks fanatic. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
